21. May 2007. Survey results on the library services' quality In spring 2007, the members/users were anonymously questioned about the quality of library services. The questions were available in Croatian and Italian.
The survey included a sample of more than 10% of the current members, i.e. more than 100 users. As only adult members were questioned, the number was even more important reaching almost 20% of all the adult users.
The sample ranged from mature adolescents to people belonging to the third age.
